On Sunday, 30 August and 27 September, admission to selected guided tours at this site will be free of charge. Please obtain your free ticket in advance through the online booking system. Capacity for each guided tour is limited. On these special days, the following tours will be available: Main Tour, Chapel of St. Barbara, The Tower.
Basic tour route: Walk through the castle
On the “Against the Flow of Time” route visitors walk through the castle from the newest adapted rooms to the earliesest; the route encompasses the apartment of the head forester, Renaissance Hall, patrimonial office, estate office, chateau room, ancestral hall, Josephine, Countess Clam-Gallas's room, Rococo room with panneau, Renaissance room with a fireplace, dining room and bedroom of Dr. Jiří Mehl of Střelice.
We inform you that the chapel of St. Barbara is not part of this tour.
At the end of the tour visitors can climb up to the castle tower which offers a view of the surrounding area.
The visiting of the castle is only possible with a guide.
The tour is offered in Czech, in English language by appointment only. You can also join the Czech tour - we will lend you texts about the castle in English (as well as in German or Polish).
Guided tours in English are only possible for pre-booked groups of more than 15 people.
